FAQs & SHIPPING INFO
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of packages around the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders will be sent to the manufacturer for producing and dispatch within 24 hours after the order placed. The manufacturers process the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–30 business days. US orders are shipped by DHL eCommerce or ePacket which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 to 14 days to arrive US, Canada; 17-25 days to arrive Europe, 7-12 days to arrive Australia, New Zealand and for other destination, it takes 20-30 days.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
– All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
– 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 4-6 days of payment.
– We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped (2-3 days after items shipped, we will receive the tracking number from Carrier)
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Normally, US customer can receive items after 15-25 days after order depends on which shipping service you choose when order.
Canada customer can receive items after 25-30 days after ordered cause of longer customs clearance time. (It takes 5-7 days for customs clearance in Canada, this number is only 1-2 days in US)
EU customer needs about 22-30 days for receive items, varies by country.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our company is located in Singapore, our factories are located in Vietnam & China. So your items will come from one of these countries. Don’t worry, even Big brands like Nike, Adidas, HM, Zara,…also produce there.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
